Why Gradscape was born
Meet the dedicated co-founders making this vision a reality! Gradscape, founded in 2022 by four IMG doctors—Kapilraj Ravendran, Kowthaman Balagumar, Ahsan Raja, and Sonny Vaja—is a non-profit organization committed to supporting International Medical Graduates (IMGs) as they transition back into the NHS. With tailored support and educational opportunities, we aim to bridge the gap for IMGs. Together, we’re making a difference!
